If you need to make a return, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) to us for a refund. Unwanted items must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
Please note that if you receive a faulty or damaged item in your order, please do get in touch with us and a member of our team will be able to assist you further.
We offer free UK returns using our return portal which can be accessed via our website, please click here to enter your order details and you will be able to generate your QR code or label.
Your refund will be processed once the return has been logged by our Customer Care team. Please kindly allow 14 working days for the return to be received back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed once this has been physically scanned at our warehouse.
Returns exclusions
Please note that some items are too large for self-service return, so our team will need to arrange a collection instead. The returns portal will notify you when a collection needs to be raised manually. If that is the case, just email us at info@josephjoseph.com with your order number and a member of our Consumer Care Team will be happy to take care of it for you.
