Due to the way our orders are processed, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. We try to have a very fast processing procedure to fulfil our delivery times and our warehouse team work extremely hard to get your order dispatched and delivered as soon as possible. We therefore kindly ask that you review your order at each stage of the order process to ensure the correct details are entered before placing your order. If however your order has already been dispatched, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking details as you may be able to speak with the delivery partner directly to request to return the order if not too late or simply reject the order at delivery.
